I think I prefer the black Nick Fury more than the white Nick Fury also the original in the comics was more of just a tough boss where Samuel L. Jackson's is much more intimidating and personally in my opinion made him seem much more of a badass, The Mr. Fantastic grey sides of his hair and lit' cigar in his mouth with a machine gun is pretty damn cool but "MCU" Fury is just to good it's Sam Jackson Mother Fuckers!!!!!! 😂

Fun fact! Earth actually was almost purple rather than green. At one point, the ocean was filled with purple autotrophic bacteria (halobacteria I think), but when cyanobacteria came around, they collectively output so much oxygen, it killed off a lot of the halobacteria and took over. These cyanobacteria evolved into what would become plants today. If not for that, our entire atmosphere would be different from the oxygen rich one it is today and our planet might be covered in purple instead of green. It would make sense since our sun outputs mostly green light, purple would indicate it's absorbing that, but our green plants absorb mostly the red and blue light from the sun.

Seduction of the Innocent also made the claim that comics were encouraging kids to be gay. Wertham believed that the super hero was essentially a thinly veiled allegory for homosexuality and flamboyancy, and like yeah... super heroes are pretty gay, but most of the comics that were causing these controversies were horror and crime magazines. He just had to casually add in that super hero comics might make people have gay feelings.

Supermans superpower was never his powers, that's just him being a kryptonian. His super power has always been that he's a super good person. I love you pointing out how they don't try to subvert it or crack jokes about it because I didn't even think about that. They just play it straight in the best way possible without trying to make any edgy jokes or anything about it

Honestly my exact thoughts was how refreshing it was to see Clark Kent be this genuinely super good boy from Kansas without the subtext being "what if he was secretly evil" you took the words right out if my mouth. Plus I think him and louis are nerdy and adorable

I'm sure you've been asked this before but have you ever done a review of Be Cool Scooby Doo? I really loved that reboot. I think it did a great job of being a revival of the franchise without it losing the things that made scooby fun. Personally I liked it a lot more than Mystery Incorporated. I thought the concept behind mystery incorporated was great but that it did a real disservice to all of the characters. The romance angles made it uncomfortable to watch for me since they were so forced. I could probably write an essay on it honestly. Anyway! Love your content. I've been having a blast binge watching all your scooby content.

WE NEED A "MR. FIX-IT" MOVIE! The Gray Hulk, at night, in a suit! It fits perfectly into the blip years. When attempting to fix his arm, Banner unknowingly creates the Gray Hulk, "Joe FIX-IT." He thinks he heals and cures himself. Except, at night, he turns into Mr. FIX-IT. Have Banner fight The Leader, (to close the loop) while having to deal with Joe. Who leaves Banner cryptic messages on the mirror. To win, he must meld Banner, Green Hulk and Gray Hulk into the Hulk he is now. It writes itself! GIVE US "MR. FIX-IT!" It can lead to another side movie, "The New Fantastic Four." The original FF are believed dead. So, Mr. FIX-IT, Wolverine, Ghost Rider and Spider-Man are called to fill in. It's a great story and it involves the skrulls. It can even show how She-Hulk joins the FF and have Deadpool for the wildcard. Pass it on, please and thank you!

Fun fact: In the original Fantastic Four comic, it shows they launched somewhere out of northern California. So, a bunch of people petitioned Marvel, and Marvel agreed, to make Stockton, CA the official birthplace of the FF. I have one of the signed documents proving it.
